We are in Tuscany a short distance from Lucca, Pisa, Montecatini Terme, Vinci and Florence. The property is located within the Lignana Oasis, a very green area that protects the native fauna and flora. The chestnut and oak woods are home to animals such as wild boar, deer, roe deer, badgers and foxes. The estate includes a park and natural reserve of 300 thousand square meters, paths in the woods and water sources. On the side, the Pescia stream flows, the name derives from the Lombard pehhia, that is "river", hence the name of the city of Pescia.

The owners, Lisa and her sons Jacopo and Davide, live on the property together with their cheerful puppy "Pablo" and will welcome you with open arms! While living in the countryside, we are spoiled and pampered by our suppliers who deliver their typical products, on request, directly to the home. You can order lasagna, focaccia and fresh bread, local cakes and desserts, cold cuts and typical Tuscan meat that you can grill in our barbecue area, as well as products from our land to be enjoyed at "zero kilometer". You can get information on the area, discounts for parks and activities, receive advice on typical restaurants and on Tuscan PGI products such as the "Sorana bean" which is grown in this area, along the stream gorges.

The estate
The old stone houses, dating back to the 1700s, still retain the old atmosphere. They are divided into very welcoming independent apartments, with large rooms and private spaces. We include in the booking the use of the Room and Kitchen "La Limonaia", an authentic traditional kitchen, with professional equipment, to be able to celebrate, cook together and share moments with friends.
