Here you are immersed in unspoilt nature with lovely views of hills, forest and open plains, yet the small village of Malocchio with a restaurant and grocery store is just 1 km away. These two small independent houses are 40 metres apart on the same land as the owners house.
This area is wonderful for hiking, cycling and generally enjoy the spectacular scenery and nature. Or you can just relax in the well-kept garden and swimming pool of (8 x 4 metres, depth 150 cm) with sun loungers, tables, chairs, umbrellas and locker rooms. There is also the added bonus here of a vegetable garden with many grape vines, and you can help yourself to fresh supplies! It's not just the garden that is well-kept here, everything is totally in place and both apartments are very well-furnished, each has a private furnished terrace with a large bricked grill. Best not to arrive here in a low profile sports car though as the last 600 metres drive to the house is along a dirt road, but it's not problem for a regular car.

Very suitable for couples without children and for those who just want to relax. The house is very discreet in a well-kept garden and comes with a stunning view. There aren't much shopping nearby, but the trip to/from the cities is very nice. Everything is clean and neat
