Piano di Coreglia can be found in the valley called 'Valle di Serchio' halfway between Lucca and the Garfagnana region and it makes a great base for a Holiday. There is much diversity to interest tourists in this area, including history, culture, nature and beaches. The town itself is very picturesque and is well supplied with shops, restaurants and cafes. In the nearby town of Lucca, which almost merges with Piano, there is a train station so other places of interest can easily be explored from here.
