The Davini family have created a cosy and quaint setting for a true Tuscan holiday experience, and they farm the land organically themselves. The 7 apartments are tasteful and rustic, and on the site you can enjoy the lovely swimming pool with splendid views, and have free use of a barbeque and the pick of organic home grown produce. There is also a small charming restaurant here which doesn't have fixed opening hours as such, but caters when there is a demand. Giovanna will cook you a plentiful and tasty Tuscan meal whilst Roberto helps you to choose a nice bottle of wine to compliment your meal.

Outstanding opportunities for hiking
All apartments have independent heating, satellite television and a DVD player, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove and toaster. In the forests, valleys and mountains that surround Ristoro del Cavaliere, there are numerous well-marked hiking trails and therefore plenty of opportunities to burn some of the calories that you are likely to consume here in the restaurant... Giovanna can really cook, and there are so many good local products to try! Even if you don't eat so much, it's worth exploring because the nature and the scenery in this part of Tuscany is truly magnificent.
