Make the most of the gazebo
From the garden and pool, guests can enjoy the wonderful view while taking shade from the hot summer sun under the gazebo. Inside the house, the rooms are spread out considerately and all have air conditioning and a private bathroom. There is much evidence of the house's history throughout with a slight rustic feel but yet remaining comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is particularly charming and warm and comes complete with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine and an oven and the house also has Satellite TV.

Visit the exciting cities
The house isn't far from the Siena-Bettolle motorway and one can reach Siena in about 15 minutes and both Florence and Arezzo in less than an hour. While Armaiolo village is around 20 minutes away shopping can be done in the small village of Rapolano Terme which is only 2 km.
4 bedroom villa - sleeps 8 (180 m²):
The villa is on two levels; on the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room, small sitting room and boiler room with washing machine. On the first floor there is easy access via an internal wooden staircase or directly from the garden which is at a higher level (where the swimming pool is), a large and light sitting-room with fireplace, three double bedrooms each with a bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower. One bathroom is suitable for the disabled (except for the shower).
