La Casina di Caccia is part of Le Tegole estate and the rooms and apartments are situated in a sperate building. The surroundings are rural and allows great tranquility. You can use the large set up pool area and dine in the restaurant. The panorama deck allows you a stunning view of the surrounding hills. The location is ideal for those who like nature, relaxing walks through the woods, a tour on a bicycle, or even long hikes, all is possible. The beach is about 14 km away at Cecina. We recommend excursions to San Gimignano, Florence and Siena as well as Pisa. If you come by car, all these destinations are within easy reach.
The property is surrounded by a high fence so you can hear the animals at night, but they can not find access to the property. In the on-site restaurant, you can also buy drinks without having to go to the main street for drinks or ice cream.
The house owners run a restaurant serving dishes from the traditinoal Tuscan cuisine. The house owner is a hunter, so if you are lucky you can have some fresh hunted
wild boar on the menu. In the morning a very decent Italian breakfast buffet is served and on request they are happy to prepary tasty Tuscan evening meals, specially for you. The estate also offers its guests a barbecue area, a fenced pool with children's pool and whirlpool, waterfall, etc. Furthermore the pool area comes with a sun terrace with sun loungers, and a at the property you also find a tennis and football pitch. Mountain bikes are for rent at reception. There is a playground for children with a sandbox.
