Lovely house in Tuscany's beautiful surroundings
The house was large and nice with all the facilities. Big and nice pool, with a view of the Mediterranean.
Friendly owner, who came and cleaned around the pool.
The house or the location actually have no flaws or deficiencies, but we think that maybe the price was a bit too high considering the standard of the house. Have stayed newer and nicer places in the past, but a bit cheaper.

Nice beach. Unfortunately there wasn't an authentic Italian town with shops and restaurants. We went to Pisa one of the days, and south of Elba.
