The villa used to be the home of the famous Italian writer Vasco Pratolini. Today, you can stay in the ex-home of a distinquished author in peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It is a wonderful area for hiking and biking, discovering nature, or simply just lying by your own private pool and enjoying the fabulous views.

The views over the valley are breathtaking, and when sitting by (or lying in) the 10 x 4 m swimming pool, all the stresses and strains of the world seem very far away. There is plenty of space for children to play between the oak trees and olive groves, and the adults have the use of washing machine and satellite TV. Plenty of shops are available in Arezzo approx. a 30 minute drive away, whilst the nearby town has a smaller selection.

- Villa of 165 m² on two floors. On the ground floor there is a dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the first floor there is the living room, two bedrooms with double beds (one with en suite bathroom with toilet), a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. An outdoor walled staircase leads to the first floor.
