Choose an apartment or rent the whole place
The house is divided into three apartments with three bedrooms each. If you choose to hire them all you'll have enough space to sleep up to 20 people for a really good price, and the whole garden, pool and outside space to yourselves. The swimming pool is 10 x 5 metres wide and 120 cm deep. In the garden there is also access to the barbeque area and Wi-Fi internet.

Private patio areas
If you only take one of the apartments, you will still have your own private patio area in the garden with a table and chairs. The swimming pool, barbeque, pizza oven and washing machine are to be shared with guests from the other apartments. It is just 8 miles to San Giustino Valdarno, where you will find shopping and dining options.

Nibbio is located on the first floor and consists of a living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen (fridge freezer, oven and dishwasher), two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with two single beds (and the possibility of adding an extra bed) and two bathrooms with a toilet and shower. The apartment is approx. 100 m².
Poiana is on two levels with the entrance on the ground floor. Here we find the living room with a fireplace, a kitchen (fridge freezer, oven and dishwasher), a double bedroom and bathroom / WC with shower. On the first floor is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The apartment is approx. 90 m².
Albanella is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with a fireplace and a kitchenette (fridge-freezer, oven and dishwasher), two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with two single beds (and the possibility of adding an extra bed) and two bathrooms with a toilet and shower.
