The village of Santa Luce in the province of Pisa dates back to medieval times. You will find, among other things, the Church of San Bartolomeo and the Palace of the Counts Finocchiettis. There is a small grocery store, a post office, a bank and a restaurant / pizzeria (the Gina Gino Trattoria - closed Tuesdays). The village is located inland, only 15 km from the fine white sandy beaches of Rosignano Solvay where you will also find the nearest railway station. However, we recommend that you come by car as it's easier to see more the countryside this way.
