The place is wonderfully located, and is renovated with taste and style. The pool is nice and clean. Big, lovely apartments with great beds. Bread is delivered from the baker every morning, and can be bought right by the car - can be recommended.
The complaint about the place might be a bit unfair (and is our own opinion). But the experience was a bit impersonal. Lots of families stayed there (after agriturismo standards) and the owners didn't live there themselves. So it resembled a holiday home with a pool like lots of other places. We also experienced noise from people in the common areas some late evenings. You can't close the windows, since it will get way too hot (there's no fan, air conditioning, or the like).
There's supposed to be a beach 15 km from the place, but the really great beaches are around +45 minutes away. Southward in the bay. Crystal-clear water and lovely sand.
Don't cheat yourselves for a trip to Lucca and a bike ride around on the ton wall!
Florence of course has to be visited too.
In Santa Luce there's a nice local pizzeria. You can either eat there or collect the pizza as take-away. It can be recommended.

Agriturismo San Giorgio is, with it's 12 apartments, quite large compared to a lot of other farms, and it almost always gives a bit of extra charm, when the owners live at the place themselves, but it is difficult to find something smaller and more personal, if it at the same time has to be close to the ocean. When it comes to great beaches, we do not agree, because some of the best sandy beaches in Tuscany is in Vada, 18-20 km from Agriturismo San Giorgio.
