Casa Chiara is the type of welcoming apartment that you won't want to leave once you have stepped over the threshold. It is located in the middle of Siena's historic centre in a beautiful building that was once a convent, but now is divided into a number of apartments.
The apartment has high ceilings of around 4 metres, which are most picturesque with their exposed beams and terracotta brickwork. The kind owner lives on the floor below so assistance is on hand if needed, but this is unlikely as everything is well maintained and the apartment is generally well-furnished throughout.
