Il Sodo has a large garden that goes around the house with its own private swimming pool for your exclusive use. The pool is 8 x 4 metres (depth 1.40 metres) and there is a really nice gazebo on the terrace overlooking the pool with a patio table and chairs where you can enjoy relaxing and dining outdoors. A road passes relatively close to the house.

- The house is 90 m² and is located on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen (equipped with an oven, a fridge freezer and a dishwasher). On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The house also has a TV, washing machine and a high chair.
