Seek romantic solice
The air is fresh and clean and you can appreciate completely unspoilt nature. There is very little noise here, just the birds and animals in nature. The last two kilometres to reach the villa are along a gravel road, so best not to arrive in a sports car. Here you'll find the most romantic and peaceful place.
Great experiences to be had
You can reach the town of Subbiano in approx. 8 kilometres for shops, restaurants and a train station. However, for dining out, you do not have to go all the way to Subbiano since the nearest restaurant is just 3 km away. If you want even more choice then you can take a trip to the much bigger city of Arezzo which is full of shops, interesting and historic sites and restaurants.

A lot of comfort for the money
The picturesque small stone house seems at first sight completely authentic and rustic, but upon closer inspection, it turns out that comfort level is quite high, for here is both a private pool, a separate jacuzzi tub, air conditioning, a dishwasher, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and more . And what do you say to a bedroom with fireplace?
The villa at Casina del Bosco
The house is approximately 40 m² and is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette (four ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and toaster) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet, while on the first floor is a a double bedroom and fireplace. In front door you have terrace with table, chairs, a barbeque and sun beds.
