An old restored farmhouse in a rural idyll and with original ambience. It is located by the entrance to the small village San Lorenzo in the district of Suvereto, and the distance to the sea is approx. 15 km.
In front of the houses there is a car park and a small pleasant terrace as well as a couple of gazebos. Here you can dine at night under the pergola or enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon during the siesta (or any other time for that matter!). In the garden children can play on the swings. Shopping is about 300 m from the house (mini market, baker and bar/restaurant).

The place is suitable for those who want a genuine environment without great comfort close to the fabulous wine area Bolgheri and the wonderful medieval town Massa Marittima. You get a lot for your money here.

The apartment Casa Marisa (approx. 60 m²) is on the first floor and consists of a large and cosy living room with fireplace, wood burning stove, dining table, double sofa bed and open American-style kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and the sleeping loft a single bed. There is also a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with TV and air conditioning, which can be used at extra cost.
