Villa Marion is only 5 km from the coast and level with the island of Elba. The villa sits in quiet and attractive surroundings in a garden more than 3000 m² with its own raised up swimming pool, 9 x 5 m, small playground and table tennis. The bedrooms and living rooms in the villa are very bright, and the quality of the furniture is good and solid.
Following rural Tuscan tradition all living quarters are on the first floor, and the ground floor is reserved for storage, tools and animals. However, today you will find no animals, sacks of corn or ploughs. The rooms are used for weddings and other festive occasions. On the first floor there are 200 m² divided as follows: Large living room with antique fireplace, dining room, family room with sofa bed for two, kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with single bed, and two bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub.

The first floor also houses the 30 m² large terrace, with views over the large plains towards the hills and mountains in the distance. Here you can enjoy relaxed meals on hot summer days and evenings. During the colder seasons you can eat in the large dining room or in front of the fire in the living room.
