When you exit the main road towards Colle Verde, you will be captivated by the landscape of rolling hills and vineyards. The family that bought it in 2006 were so captivated that they bought it and renovated it, and now you can enjoy a wonderful holiday here.
Discover 125 hectares of farmland
The farm is 125 hectares and produces mainly wine and olive oil. On the spacious grounds around the villa where apartments are located, you will find quiet corners and lots of activities. You can swim in the pool and there is also a section for the children, and a small football-basketball court. You can stoke up a BBQ outside in the warm evening in the communal barbecue area. There is also the opportunity to go for a walk between the vines on the farm's vineyards, the olive groves or around the small lakes on the property.
Experience the harvest
If you choose to visit at the beginning of September you can experience the grape harvest, and the olive harvest in October. In the breakfast room on the ground floor, you can enjoy both the Italian breakfast or the more robust European version. From here you can enjoy the scenery whilst you plan the days excursions to the nearby medieval towns in the area. The breakfast room is more than a place where you eat the first meal - here you will find the hospitable family at reception, who are happy to give you advice on enjoyable excursions in the area.
Apartments for couples or families with small children
Everything is neat and clean, but not luxurious. The apartments are located on ground floor or first floor and there are 18 in total - all with a kitchen with a 4 burner stove, a private bathroom with a toilet and shower, two beds as sofa beds in the living room which are more suitable for younger children. To make your stay a little more comfortable, there are fly screens on all windows and fans are installed in the bedrooms (but not air conditioning).
The apartments at Fattoria Colleverde
There are 5 apartments in total, all located on the ground floor. These apartments have an entrance from its own garden area with a table and chairs, located just outside the living room. The apartments are approximately 35 m² and consist of a living room with a kitchenette and two beds as sofa beds (best for children under 12), a double bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Two of these apartments have bathroom furnishings for guests with limited mobility.
There are 3 apartments located on the ground floor with a direct entrance from the garden. You can sit in the garden and eat or just rest in the sun or in the shade at one of the many tables with matching chairs that are on the land surrounding the house. The apartments are approximately 35 m² and consist of a living room with a kitchenette and two beds as sofa beds (best for children under 12), a double bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
There are 7 apartments located on the first floor. You go up to your apartment via n outdoor staircase. Thanks to the high location, you have a beautiful view of the countryside from the windows - you can sit in the garden and eat or just rest in the sun or in the shade at one of the many tables with matching chairs available on the land surrounding the house.
