The hotel is in a lively spot opposite a square where there is a street market during the summer evenings, and around 200 metres from a small amusement park so there is plenty of action and commotion during the summer.
Whilst it might not seem exciting from the outside, it is neat and well organised inside as well as being well-situated for everything, including the beach, town and pine forest. The hotel has a 24-hour reception, a large lounge with a bar, meeting and conference rooms, a restaurant (with a fixed daily menu), an elevator, internet point and a garage (charges apply), and an elevator. It is also possible to park on the street in front of the hotel for an additional fee. You will have free use of the private beach with sun loungers and parasols during the bathing season.

Great hotel, really good location. Very beautiful view of the ocean. The staff is service minded and attentive. The facilities is impeccable. Only negative thing: The room. Sheets, duvets, etc are old and very uncomfortable. Lots of limescale in the bathroom and in the toilet, which gives the impression, that it's old and hasn't been properly cleaned. The room isn't at level with the fantastic hotel.
The room was small and felt worn down, but the hotel was otherwise fine. We used a lot of time by the pool, which was well kept and it was easy to rent bikes at the hotel (free).
The hotel is well placed in Tirrenia, a location, that is ideal for visiting Pisa. The staff are not at all accommodating, though. The pool is great. But it was a bit annoying that, you had to wear a swimcap. The private beach was free, as informed by the hotel. Problem was just, that we couldn't use any of the loungers, even though they were empty, since they were - what we got told - reserved. To who we don't know. Breakfast was super good. Rooms are small, but adequate.
