Stay in the ex-home of a famous actress
Villa Mazzanta is situated in a large park and formerly belonged to a famous Italian actress of the 1940s: Clara Calamai, who in addition to her work as an actress had aristocratic roots. The villa has been renovated and converted into 28 spacious apartments, while ensuring that the spirit and atmosphere of nobility and elegance remains.
Walk to restaurants
This historic villa is just a few steps from the sea and pine forest near the village of Mazzanta, located between the seaside resort Vada and Cecina along the Etruscan coast. There are many eating places within easy reach of the villa, the nearest restaurant is only 200 metres away and within a radius of 1000 metres you will find a total of five eateries!

Lounge on the sundeck
Here you can enjoy sunny days on the furnished sun deck with sun loungers and parasols or in the spacious pool, where of course you will find a jacuzzi. There is also a children's pool for smaller guests, a playground and a mini club (with swimming lessons taught in Italian). The garden is also equipped with a picnic area and a barbeque. Parking is available within the property's grounds.
Hire a bike, workout in the gym
The villa is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a reception and the apartments are distributed on all floors. The fitness facility is located in the tower from where you can enjoy fine views as well as physical well-being. Other services available to guests include bicycle hire and a launderette.

All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, a telephone, LAN connection, satellite TV. The kitchen corner includes a gas hob and fridge-freezer and crockery. Each bathroom has a toilet, shower and a hair dryer.
