This farm covers 10 hectares of land cultivated with grains and saffron, with a forest of oak and elm trees providing a beautiful setting for your holiday in Umbria. The house is built of stone and wood and has been renovated really well with respect for the character.
It sits on a hill at 380 metres above sea level from where you can enjoy the most wonderful view of the rolling countryside, woods and valleys with the mountains in the distance. The house offers free bike hire so you can make the most of the wonderful natural area by taking a trip on two wheels. Nearby are many sites of interest including the remains of the Roman city of Carsulae, the park of San Gemini with its natural water sources and the fossil forest of Dunaroba. At the house you can enjoy the pool 6 x 11 metres, boccia bowls and table tennis.

The five rental apartments are nicely decorated and comfortable. They are either on the ground floor or first floor. This independent house has its own grill, while the other four apartments share a communal barbeque area. A little traffic noise can sometimes be heard in the distance.

We stayed 10 days at Santomanno. We experienced a kindness and hospitality provided by the staff beyond everything. Lack to the language barrier we felt us very welcomed and treated well, as we were long expected guests.
The apartment was perfect for two people and it was clean and neat - lovely furnishing.
