The main building was once an olive press and now it is where the apartments are housed. This is a wonderful spot for a relaxing Holiday in Umbria and you will just love the views over the green Hills and some of Umbria's most famous cultural cities such as Assisi and Perugia. Furthermore, when you want to dine, out, shops and sight see, the town of Bettona is just 1 km where there are various restaurants, bars and shops. Assisi is only 12 km away, and Perugia is just 20km from here.

When you are on holiday here at La Macina you can relax at the large pool (15 x 7 m) which is beautifully positioned with a terrace and a spectacular view of Assisi, the valley and the surrounding hills of Perugia. The estate consists of three country houses located on either side of a small road which leads to Bettona.

It is a lovely place on the country, but still close to a lot of attractions and good shopping options. Really kind host.

We had an absolutely great stay at La Macina di Bettona. I don't think that there is a better host than Roberto.
We were 6 persons in the biggest apartment (Agogia) and it was nice and comfortable. We would love to return and can only recommend this accommodation.
