You have use of free bikes when you book this villa, so you can easily get about the area including following the trails right around Lake Trasimeno.

Your nearest town is the historic town of Castiglione del Lago just 4 km away from the villa, where you can wander the cosy streets full of cafes and cute shops, and visit the impressive castle with great lake views from its lookouts. Below the walled town along the Via Lungolago you will find some great lake lidos where you can book sunbeds and enjoy lunch, dinner or just a delicious ice cream in a number of cool eateries, and even take a dip in the lake to cool down.

When the urge for discovery calls, a short drive takes you to Arezzo with its enchanting historic centre and many masterpieces painted by Piero della Francesca, then on to the medieval villages of Montepulciano, Pienza and Lucignano. Just 15 km away, you'll also find the beautiful Tuscan town of Cortona which is packed with Renaissance architecture. Approx 45 km away lies one of Umbria's jewels - the royal city of Perugia which we definitely recommend you visit.

The villa is on two floors and covers an area of approx. 120 sq metres with high quality furnishings throughout and many modern comforts: a dishwasher, a washing machine, satellite TV, and a safety deposit box. In the garden there is also a play area for the children, table tennis and a BBQ. The villa has access for people with disabilities.
On the ground floor you will find a porch with a table and chairs, a living-dining room with a kitchenette and a fireplace, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower, a room with double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower suitable for disabled and a laundry.
