Enjoy a peaceful and scenic area rich in nature and charming lakeside towns when you stay here. You'll find lakeside lido beaches just around 3 km away where you can hire a sun lounger and swim in the lake, and just a bit further (4 km) you can discover the walled town of Castiglione del Lago with its impressive castle. Here you can wander the enchanting streets filled with restaurants, cute shops and cafes and find amazing view points of the lake along the way. Make the most of the free bikes at the villa and take a tour around the lake on two wheels, the terrain is flat most of the way and there are some cute towns around the lake where you can stop for refreshments and a break.
Visit some classic towns and cities
Since you are on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, you will be spoilt for choice of places to visit. We recommend that you start with a trip to Cortona just 15 km north to appreciate the Renaissance architecture and cosy streets. Follow up from Cortona to Arezzo to discover a real medieval gem of a city. A short trip to the west will take you into Tuscany's Val d'Orcia territory with rolling hills and medieval towns dotted around such as Piena, Montepulciano and Lucignano. After all this, you still have Umbria to explore to the east of the Lake and we are certain that the 40 km drive to visit the royal city of Perugia will be worth every second.

There is space to sleep up to 7 people in three bedrooms with spacious living areas in this villa that measures 120 sq metres. Enjoy private times in the great private garden with a swimming pool that measures 10 x 5 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres There's plenty of opportunity for fun in the sun outdoors on the green lawn, the terrace with sun loungers and for dining al fresco under the gazebo.
