Residence Costa del Loco is right in the heart of Umbria, a few kilometres from some of the most interesting medieval towns: Todi, Montefalco, Bevagna, Bettona, Perugia, and Assisi. The houses are new and enjoy a rural setting with fantastic views over the valley. They are surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, oak trees, old villages and farmhouses.
By the apartments there is a mini market, restaurant, and a swimming pool (7 x 14 m) which is open from 1 May till 25 September and is placed a little apart from the apartments. There is also a tennis court, barbecue in the garden, boccia, table tennis and hire of mountain bikes.

There are 27 apartments, and the architecture which features arches, small staircases and squares has re-created the atmosphere of an old village. Each apartment has its own entrance, terrace and a small garden/back garden. They are furnished in old farmhouse style, but with modern kitchens and satellite TV.
