Spectacular views and peaceful surroundings are the keywords for this evocative old farmhouse. The farm is located approx. 8 km from Gubbio in the direction of Perugia so one could say that the location is central. There is a dirt road of 300 - 400 metres going from the highway to the farm, so traffic noise here is a minimum.

The swimming pool is equally impressive and large measuring 18 x 6 metres with a terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols. Agriturismo Marano is part of a larger farm with 100 acres of land on which there are 6 km of hiking trails. There are also a number of mountain bikes available for guests, so here is no excuse not to move during your stay.

Charming and rustic apartments
The apartments are both charming and rustic with their rough stone walls and sturdy furniture. The kitchen corners are equally rural and as solid as the rest of the apartment. They are bricked with a stone sink and a four ring gas hob. The apartments also have satellite television and wi-fi so you have the choice of keeping in touch with the outside world.. or not, as you wish.
All apartments (except the smallest) are quite spacious, and nearly all have two bathrooms / toilets. Each apartment also has its own patio area with a table and chairs, and there is plenty of parking space in front of the house. The nearest shops are two kilometres from the farm, and 3 - 4 km from here you can find some restaurants and pizzerias.
