Lovely, big, clean apartments - wonderful surroundings - and fine pool - it is some of what you find here. We enjoyed a wonderful week at Pugnano Alto.
The only thing you should know is that there is far to everything. You should only go here if you need to lie in a sunbed with a good book in lovely surroundings. No trips are "just around the corner" - and the area is very desolate.

We have had a lovely week in Pugnano Alto, apartment Girasoli. The place looks very pretty and well kept, and the place meets our expectations. We had 3 children with us, a 7-, 10-, and a 12 year old and they enjoyed the fool.
The hosts came to the place daily and made sure everything was okay, and that we had what we needed.
We can warmly recommend the restaurant Girasoli Di Sant´Andrea. It lies on the way down towards Umbertide. The food and service was fantastic and at very reasonable prices.
We were on a trip to Cortona, which was a beautiful city to experience.
