Agriturismo Malagronda is located in Monte Pausillo's Nature Reserve, where Umbria borders Tuscany. Thus the place is in the middle of a Nature Reserve, but within driving distance of sights in Umbria and Tuscany, as well as in Lazio.
The small town of Moiano is 3-4 km from the farm. The apartments for rent are found in two beautifully restored farmhouses built from stone with terracotta floors and exposed chestnut beams. The farmhouses in the Malagronda area are located in a 10,000 m² enclosed garden with floodlit swimming pool, playground, two barbecue areas and shady trees. Malagronda sits on top of a hill 400 m above sea level and is surrounded by olive groves and woods with a colourful flora and fauna. There are man made paths in the neighbourhood for walking or biking. On the farm it is also possible to buy the olive oil, fruit, marmalades and honey produced on the farm.

All nine apartments on site are fitted with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, telephone, satellite TV, safe and heating, and outside the apartments there is garden furniture and sun loungers.
