Beautiful location

We weren't satisfied with the apartment we booked, so we upgraded to a better one. The new apartment was located with a fantastic view of mountains and olive fields.
The pool area was a bit worn down - and there were too few sunbeds.

The owners of VIlla Subretia are growers of Umbrian top wine such as Sangratino de Montefalco. A tasting is definitely recommendable.
With a starting point at Subretia we went on hikes in the area. There's, amongst others, some very nice hikes, which begins in Trevi.

The breakfast was after Italian standards good. Several days there were both cheese and eggs.

Very kind staff at the place.

Lovely stay at Villa Subretia

We had a lovely vacation, the stay at Villa Subretia was fine, kind and accommodating staff, always helpful and service minded.
However, a big minus is, that there were way too few sunbeds for that many people, and not enough supervision with the visitors behaviour by the pool, experienced around 10 Englishmen, who were quite loud and was a strong presence by and in the pool.
