Today, it's been nicely refurbished and equipped with modern amenities like a washing machine, a dishwasher and central heating to ensure your comfort whilst on holiday. You will have the most wonderful view of Lake Trasimeno from here since the house sits on top of a hill. In the garden there is a table tennis table, miscellaneous furniture and a lovely swimming pool of 12 x 6 metres. On both sides of the house there are terraces from where you can enjoy views of the lake. It is 5 km to the restaurants and shops in San Feliciano.

Villa sleeps 12 (180 m²):
- The entire living space is on the first floor (ground floor is used only for storage). You enter the first floor via a bricked staircase and will find a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for two people, a kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds and a loft with another single bed, a bedroom with a small double bed (about 130 cm wide), two bedrooms with a double bed, one with a loft with a single bed and an en suite bathroom / WC and two more bathrooms / toilets with a shower. From the kitchen and the living room you have access to a 60 m² terrace with a barbeque, table and chairs.
