Podere Caserelle is located in the middle of a large estate covering 50 hectares of land used for organic farming. Olive oil, honey and corn are produced here. The owners also make wine, but on another farm closer to Orvieto. However, it is for sale here.
The farm stands in quiet surroundings on a view point approx. 10 km from Marsciano and approx. 15 km from the E45, which cuts through Italy from north to south. The nearest restaurant and shopping is approx. 3 km from the houses.

There is a garden with a swimming pool and playground by the houses. There is also a shared washing machine for the use of guests and hire of mountain bikes at a charge. Lake Bolsena and Lake Trasimeno are within a short distance as are the beautiful medieval towns of Orvieto and Todi. By motorway it is quick and easy to get to Tuscany by Montepulciano and to Rome.
The apartments are furnished in traditional country style with wooden beams in the ceiling and rustic furniture. The bathrooms and kitchens are not short of modern comfort though.
