Casali Caisanti forms part of the large farm complex I Casali di Caicocci, which is owned by the region Umbria by Umbertide.
The two farmhouses are approx. 200 m from the swimming pool with children's pool and sports centre (including tennis court and football ground, the use of which all costs extra). Please note that it is only possible to hire one sun umbrella and two sun loungers per apartment by the swimming pool in the high season. The reception and horse riding facilities are approx. 1.5 km from the house. The restaurant on site is just 700 m away.

The apartments are all furnished in arte povera-style i.e. with simple rustic furniture reminiscent of the farmhouse style.
All the apartments have TV, fireplace in the living room and bathroom. Outside there is a table, chairs and sun umbrellas. One house has two large 4-room apartments, the other has a 4-room apartment occupying two floors.
